Medical Therapy is a tier 5 skill within the Medicine tree. It is supposed to increase HoT ticks (Recuperative Nanotech and Kolto Probe) by 10%, however, it is currently doing nothing. The skill also increases Surgical Probe by 6%, but as this ability has a variable healing value, it has not been tested.
